Storm not updating

Description

i have a blackberry storm 9530.....seems sometimes the software updates and sometimes it dont.....i can logoff and then back on and it will update....but stops...any suggestions
i downloaded the latest ver 3.2

It took us some time but we were able to get mine working with no issues.

Set accuracy to 200 meters.
