Updates suddenly stopped working

Description

Sometime last week my BB 8830 on the Sprint network (unlimited data plan) suddenly stopped updating. I have tried to log out on both the web and the device, to no avail. I then deleted the app, restarted the BB, then even released the battery before reinstalling the app and the only way I can get the GPS to update is if I manually push it. Has there been any updates which will cause this to happen?

i got the same problem in my bold 9700, OS 5.0.0.37

The only way to update the location is update manually.

My parameters are

Update my location every : 600
Update when location changes : 20
Required accuracy for updates : 200
