BlackBerry Bold 9000 not automatically updating

My BlackBerry Bold 9000 is not automatically updating. It never did. However, when I manually update (using 'Update now'), it updates.
My settings:
Version: 0.3.3
Update every seconds: 60
Update when location changes: 0
Required Accuracy: 1000

It never worked with default settings as well i.e. 90, 20, 200.

PS. While creating a ticket, the Version dropdown does not have 0.3.3 to select ;).
