I have two Black Berry 8630 curves on the Sprint Network.

I have loaded the Software on the Phones, And thay Loged in to your Web site.
But when i go to your Web site on my PC the phones are listed but I dont get any GPS Tracking or updates or nothing.... it worked once...
Is there something worg with my Phones.. My Computer.. Or your software...????

I bought this phones so i could track my Kids.. But it dont work... Blackberry and sprint told me this works... Do i have it setup Wrong...

Can you help me Sooner then Later....
