Additional Battery Conserve Feature

Could you add a "Conserve Battery" feature that would work in conjunction with "Distance Filter" and send a location update after an adjustable time setting. Example: You can set a high "Distance Filter" of 2000m; however, with the "Stationary Time" setting set at 10 minutes and "Stationary Distance" set to 300m. This would allow a person to travel to a final destination or interim destination under 2000m and if they are there for more than 10 minutes and at least 300m from last location update it will update. By doing this it will allow higher "Distance Filter" values and at the same time capture interim and end destinations without excessive updates.
