Won't stay working - Blackberry Bold 9560 Verizon

Description
Blackberry Bold 9560 Verizon.
The only way I can get it to work is to physically go to the device, log out and log back in. It will then show the current location. It will not update the server except when I physically log in on the phone. This is the only time it will update the server. I would like to set & forget and have it work forever. What's up with this?
All permissions are set to allow, and range is set for 100 meters with 10 minute updates.

I've noticed that the app keeps updating if you stay on the Options screen in settings. Otherwise, it won't keep updating.
Perhaps that's a clue.

Maybe it has something to do with when it goes to the background...

I only get updates from my moostrax when I set the distance and accuracy settings above 400 meters. But I have an iPhone 3GS so I don't know if you would have to set yours any less sensitive with your phone.

any change in this matter ?...it is a shame that such a wonderfull application will not work properly...

The new BlackBerry client is in the works...so once I have that completed I think your experience will be much better.

I have been keeping an eye on the application version for quite some time and am waiting to see a new version to try myself. I have a BB 8530 now - still using the external GPS. I think I messaged you quite some time back on the blog after the call for beta testers but never got a response :o(
