Description
I currently run Moostrax on my iPhone 4 and 3GS. My iPhone 4 has no problems updating but my 3GS does not update. I tried reinstalling the app and it does not help. Any suggestions?

So the settings are the same on the 3GS and the iPhone 4 -- but the 3GS fails to update often? Everything works fine on the iPhone 4 though?

Sorry I haven't checked the ticket recently. I thought comments would get emailed. I am actually having issues with both phones very rarely automatically updating. My settings are as follows: In Moostrax location update - on, conserve battery - on, distance filter 400(m), accuracy filter 100(m); in main iPhone settings location services on and Moostrax shows on with purple arrow head. I am running OS 4.0.2 in iPhone 4 and 4.0.1 in 3GS. I have a 20 mile drive everyday, so I would assume I should have a lot of updates.

I also have a 3GS, and I have to set the accuracy setting to 400 meters or higher to get any kind of updates. Even with a setting of 400, the updates are not often, unless I am running another location services program in the background... Like a navigation program. I guess in an attempt to conserve battery, the location services used by moostrax alone are not the accuracy of the GPS signal, and therefore do not allow that many updates with a low accuracy setting.

I was able to get only one tracking update this weekend after traveling 10+ miles.
